Welcome to Tricounty Link

TriCounty Link Transit Study

The TriCounty Link (TCL) transit system provides fixed, commuter, and on-demand transit services to the rural residents of Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties. TCL is developing a transit study to plan for more efficient, effective, and convenient service for the entire TriCounty Link area, including specific recommendations for the fast-growing Summerville area.

This project is led by the Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester Council of Governments (BCDCOG), which operates TriCounty Link service.

Project Timeline

The project launched in January 2025 and will be completed by December 2025.

We want your input to guide the next chapter of TriCounty Link service! We will have three community engagement periods during this project:

Round 1 – May: Input on Needs, Study Goals, and Priorities

Round 2 – December: Feedback on Draft Concepts

Round 3 – November: Feedback on Final Plan
