Title VI Notice to the Public

TriCounty Link operates its transit services without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, marital status, age or disability in accordance with the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and its amendments.

Title VI Policy Statement

Title VI is a section of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 requiring that “No person in the United States shall on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.”

Making a Title VI Complaint

Any person who feels that he or she, individually or as a member of any class of persons, on the basis of race, color, or national origin has been excluded from or denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination caused by TriCounty Link may file a written complaint with the TriCounty Link Title VI Administrator. Complaints are to be filed within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days of the last alleged incident.
